Terms of use

These cover the website. If we work together, that work runs on a separate signed agreement, and where the two disagree the agreement wins.

Who these are with

bezar.io is run by Bezar.io LLC of Atlanta, Georgia. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you are here for a company, you are telling us you can accept them on its behalf.

What this site is

A description of what we do and what we have built. None of it is an offer, a price, or a promise to take your project. We are engaged when both sides sign something covering scope, money and terms, and not before.

The case studies describe real work. Clients are deliberately unnamed, and the results say what a system does rather than what yours would do. Your data, your constraints and the people around you are different, so your outcome will be too.

The intake assistant

The Start a project page runs a conversation with an AI assistant whose job is to understand your situation before we speak. Two things follow from that, and the second matters more than the first.

It can be wrong. It may misread what you tell it, describe what we do imprecisely, or say something confidently that is not true. Check anything that matters with a person.

And nothing it says binds us. Not a quote, not an estimate, not a deadline, not a technical recommendation you should build on. It is a conversation, and it is the start of one.

What happens to what you type is covered in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • Use the site or the assistant for anything unlawful, or to deceive anyone
  • Try to reach systems, data or accounts that are not yours
  • Scrape it, overload it, or attempt to disrupt the service behind it
  • Manipulate the assistant into working outside its purpose, or treat it as a free general-purpose AI

We may cut off access if any of that happens.

Our content

The writing, design, code and diagrams here belong to Bezar.io LLC. Client logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear to identify the client. Read it, quote it, link to it. Do not republish it wholesale or pass it off as yours.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available, always be correct, or always be current. So far as the law allows, we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

So far as the law allows, Bezar.io LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.

This section is about the website. Liability for work we are hired to do is set by the agreement covering that work.

Governing law

Georgia law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes belong to the state or federal courts sitting in Fulton County, Georgia.

Changes

We may revise these. The date at the top says when they last moved, and using the site afterwards means you accept the revision.
